A properly prepared soup or chowder is for some the perfect dish. Pair them with a great loaf of bread and a salad and you have a meal that is easy, great for entertaining, economical and down-right satisfying.

You will also learn about professional ingredient preparation and storage, as well as plating. This class is ideal for the confident home cook who wants to elevate their skills to a more professional level.

The Menu:  Corn Chowder and Clam Chowders: Rhode Island, Manhattan, and New England. Gluten Free options are available.

And, yes, wine will be served (select the ticket with wine for this option)!

Note: Dinner will be served, enjoying the soups we prepare.

This CLASS IS AS hands-on a cooking class as the student prefers. You will be on your feet cooking most of the time so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Aprons will be provided.
